How do I scan for my Power Pong robot?
Android:
Make sure your device's location services and Bluetooth are turned on. When opening the Power Pong app for the first time, allow the required location permissions.
iOS:
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the Power Pong app has Bluetooth permission. Place your device close to the robot and open the Connection page.
The app should automatically scan for nearby devices. If the scan does not start automatically, manually start a new scan.
How do I connect to the Power Pong robot?
After scanning, your Power Pong robot will appear on the Connection page. Tap the robot in the list of available devices to establish the connection.
How do I update the robot's firmware?
Connect your robot to the Power Pong app and open the Connection page. You will see the current firmware version at the top.
If a newer version is available, a green Update button will appear. Tap it to start the update.
Do not disconnect your device or turn off the robot until the update has completely finished.
Does my Power Pong robot need calibration?
All Power Pong robots are delivered calibrated, so calibration is rarely necessary.
To check your robot, open the Drills section in the app, search for "test" and select Test 1.
Continue with Test 2 and Test 3 to verify placement and serve trajectory.
How do I calibrate my robot?
Start calibration mode and check where the ball is landing. Adjust the trajectory and, if necessary, the speed until the ball lands a few inches from the end of the table with the desired arc.
Once normal calibration is complete, use Trajectory Correction if one side of the table is firing shorter than the other.
Select the affected side and increase the distance. If necessary, use Additional Distance. Save your calibration.

The first two balls in a drill can be configured as serves. This adds a one-second delay before the serve and randomly selects one of the two balls to play.

Random plays the balls in random order. Shuffle Placement randomly swaps the placement values of the balls within the drill.
What is Scatter?
Scatter adds more variability to the ball trajectory and placement, creating a more unpredictable training experience.
What does the E1 error mean?
E1 indicates a feeding motor-related issue. Possible causes include a broken ball inside the robot, debris around the feeding motor, an obstruction, or a dent in the robot head tube.
